Community Care clients who wish to schedule an appointment should contact our office via text at 802.222.0817 or email at info@pointseastacupuncture.com

Cancellation Policy

24 hours advance notice is required to cancel any appointment.
No-shows, as well as clients who twice fail to provide 24 hours notice, will no longer be able to schedule appointments in advance, and will instead be placed on a cancellation call list.
Multiple missed appointments will result in the referral being cancelled.

We strive to provide all of our clients with professional and timely services within the parameters of the provided VA referral. Your respect for our time and our policies is appreciated.
